Went here a few weeks ago for lunch with my GF. Its a nice place with a good amount of spaces to Sit and eat, its smells great once you walk in. My partner said she had been there many times so I was very interested to try the food. I ordered a plain jane with avocado ( avocado is an extra additional charge) we didn't wait to long for our food to be done, thats good. I didn’t open the sandwich wrapper till i got home to eat it and surprise no avocado was added. The topping i paid extra for… despite that error on their part the sandwich was very good, but unfortunately this being my first time ordering from me it was a negative in my view, that will probably hinder me from wanting to order from there again and i will be skeptical if i do. But like i said the sandwich was good.

Some employees are whatever. They just there to get the job done. The tables are clean not hard to find one neither. No long waits for ordering or getting your order.

So, first time here and honestly I was beyond disappointed. The Philly Cheese Steak ended up being very dry and tasted mediocre at best. Nobody in their right mind would be impressed with this sub. The worst part wasn’t the sandwich though, it was the atrocious customer service. Like dude, if you can’t make eye contact and smile, then get another job. I shouldn’t have left a tip, but I used to do the same job and know how it is. I didn’t even get a “thank you.” I don’t know how this place even exists operating like this. Like, don’t you need to make money? Weird way to go about it.

This is my favorite sandwich shop in the world. I've been eating there for almost 30 years, and it's better now than ever. I don't want to oversell the place, but there are two critical aspects on which they cannot be beaten. The first is the bread, and the second is the dressing. Most of what they offer here is about the same as any other one-off sandwich shop, but no one else can touch that bread and the dressing. Here's to hoping that they never change either of those!
