The staff has always been so friendly here! I did my treatment with Dr. Tong and I recently just got my braces off. The entire experience has been super awesome. I’m super happy that I went with this location to get my braces

My 11yr old son is having his braces done here. The consultation and financing was super easy and fast. The explanation of treatment and payments were clear and reasonable. The girls at the front seat are really nice and make sure you understand what is going on and what will go on. With covid going on I wasnt able to sit by my sons side but I was comfortable with waiting in the car for him. I did check on him through the treatment and he was doing great. Everyone in the office is awesome. I will definitely be bringing my other son here when its time for his braces.

Gave me the wrong information and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about,called my insurance to verify if what the dentist had told me was correct,turns out the info they gave me was incorrect, initially I loved the place, when you walk in, it is welcoming and very friendly, nice place,I just wish they did the proper thing in submitting my sons paper work to my insurance so they could had evaluated him and taken action to what needs to be done, my son's well being is my priority and the patients should be their priority, don't deny my son based on false information. No further complaints I thought it was a great place to take my son and still think it is,I just hope this gets resolved without argument like it did when I was trying to explain. Very unprofessional,make sure to always verify before giving any information to a patient...Thank You! Problem was not resolved and there was no apology for their error,they completely gave me the wrong information for my son's evaluation, a good explanation and apologie would had been appreciated.

My two kids got there braces at big smiles great job with my son my daughter still needs about 3 more months to go I’m really glad I brought them here.. They are so nice and great customer service I will recommend them to my friends and family members...

Yes, we accept Medi-Cal insurance! Medi-Cal insurance either covers all or nothing of the entire treatment. There is a scoring criteria that our orthodontists will fill out based on the difficulty of your treatment, and if it passes a certain threshold, we will take models and photos to send to a Medi-Cal examiner. The Medi-Cal examiner will make the final determination of whether the treatment will be covered. At BigSmile Orthodontics, we offer complimentary consultations to see if you may potentially qualify.
Hello Mrs. Zamora, We apologize for the miscommunication you experienced in our office. Some insurances have a very specific criteria guideline that needs to be met for a patient to be considered for review by the insurance. In your case, the minimum criteria was not met.
