Although I've always loved Wendy's, occasionally the food isn't always hot and fresh. I felt like my dinner was prepared 30 minutes before I arrived.

Ordering was difficult, could barely here the worker in the speaker, but the order was correct, and hot, and seemed freshen when it was picked up. Great customer service received.

This is the slowest Wendy's in America it doesn't matter if you go thru the drive thru or inside they are just slow and they seem to have a attitude if you ask what's taking so long...

The customer service at the window is horrible, it’s always an attitude very Unprofessional. I was in the drive threw and I caught one of the employees playing with the food so when I asked for new food they gave it to me but it was a piece of hair on my fries….! 10/10 do not recommend. They need new management ASAP…! Won’t be going back.

I agree that Wendy's is horrible it is always one cashier I waited 10 minutes the other day just for a Frosty they are not friendly and the food is always horrible
