Yes we work with many families to find the right place for their loved ones with dementia. We work with their medical providers to understand the symptoms and challenges and then match them with the right care!

We can identify and recommend assisted living, memory care, and room and board facilities within 24 hours and are available by phone 7 days a week. In addition to having an extensive knowledge of the local market and care facilities, we can provide you with different care options and cost estimates based on your care needs, budget, and preferences over the phone. Whether it’s hiring a caregiver or moving to a care facility, we can negotiate a good rate for our clients!

There is no cost to you for our placement services. We have contracts with most facilities in California, and the facility you select will pay us a fee for your placement. If you decide not to move forward with any facility or choose to wait, there is no obligation or cost. We are always happy to help!

Nestvy wants every placement to be the perfect fit, and we understand that can take some time. We will match a new caregiver as soon as possible. If you’re not satisfied with the care, you can cancel the same day. If you no longer need our services, one to two weeks notice is required.

Depending on the level of care needed and the area you live in, it can take as little as a few hours and up to 48 to find a caregiver for your specific needs.

No you don’t! However, there may be a one-time community fee ranging from $500 up to 2 months rent. Depending on the facility, these fees may be refundable. The typical move-out requirement is a 30-day notice, but some communities ask for a 60-day notice.

Memory care is a residential facility or an in-home caregiver for seniors who have been diagnosed with late-stage or rapidly declining dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease, or who may be a danger to themselves due to memory loss.
