Bathroom are too dirty and no paper towels and music is too loud. This is not a disco house, isn't it? The staff are just sit there and look pretty.

Do not join this gym if you ever want to quit and go to another gym. They make it nearly impossible to cancel your membership. I called Fitness 19 to cancel. Was told to call this other 800 number. A person at the 800 number said I needed to write a letter/email to this email address. The email address goes to some kind of auto- response system. Today, my next Bill date, I go to follow up to make sure I wasn’t charged and the cancellation happened. I was still charged the $15!!!! Now I need to reply to them and follow up on in July. Very very frustrating.

I had a great training session at Fitness 19 on Story rd., with the lead Personal Trainer Micheal this past week. Needless to say, As a Personal Trainer myself, I am not easily impressed! But from the very beginning of the Session, he maintained a "focused" instruction, of which he was more than skillfully capable to pass on to me! Which, in the world of Fitness Trainers, separates the "men" from the "boys", and the "ladies" from the "girls"! I highly recommend the "Fitness" environment of Fitness 19!

At my location $7.99 a month and when I signed up they had a promotion, $0 activation fee. The Story Road location.
If it is easy, there is no contract, you just stop paying and there are no cancellation charges
