I had a delivery issue on Sunday and wrote a bad review. Not knowing door dash delivers the pizzas periodically and is not required to knock. I waited for hours “heated” the pizza was left on my doorstep; found the following day, on the porch. Apologies to Poppa Johns staff. The door dash employee should do better at least knock

Very little sauce and cheese. You could count the pieces of sausage on one hand and the pepperoni was so thin you could see through it. Will not be ordered form papa John's any time in the next year ot two

Ordered 2 pizzas about a week ago they screwed one up. I called and the manager on duty handled it professionally and asked me to bring it back or stop in and grab another one when I feel like a pizza . Stopped in today and even after showing my bank payment transaction to them the female shift leader wished me a good bye after insisting I did not order from them. If they mess up your order no matter how late I suggest take it Back

We ordered two pizzas. Both were burnt! We could not eat them. Tried calling several times, no one answers the phone. How can you run a "business" this way? Unacceptable and never again!
