I have been going to Omnilife for many years. Their health products are great. And have a large variety of them. However in order to buy them, you need to do so through a distributor or you can become one with certain requirements. Staff are very knowledgeable of their products. They are professional and polite. These products are sold in Mexico as the headquarters of the company, other Latin American countries and part of Europe! If you are into wellness, your health and well being, you can't go wrong in trying these. 😊

I came by the store in person to buy my continuous product only to realize they charge you a shipping service. This does not makes any sense as the product is in the store already. I visited the store as shipping services online are expensive $15 and realize they do the same for in person purchase. I felt taken advantage of as the sales person retrieves the product within a minute and I have to pay $15 for this? No sense whatsoever. Products are great no complaints there, but as a member with my “30%” discount there is really no discount as the prices rises through other “means.”

The majority of the people here are nice but there are some that are plain rude. We walked in and were greeted by the lady with orange hair and white on the side of her head and then proceeded to continue shuffling through her papers. After two minutes of shuffling and silence she looked up and asked if we needed something? Of course we do! That's why we're here in front of you after you greeted us! She then proceeded to tell us she wasn't taking orders as if we made a mistake. Come on people, communicate with your customers. This is the 3rd time this happens, each time with a different employee.
