Company had misleading information on their website and would not stand behind their negligence. I ordered the swinging happy clown prop and they sent just a head. This item said it was for the prop with realistic swinging motion,haunting sayings,activation pad included,and head turns side to side. When I contacted them They said I misread. I have included a picture of what the description of what I bought said. BUYER BEWARE!

Never did I have such an awful experience online shopping. Trying to order an item online and couldn't. I then called the # listed on their site. Cannot even get in touch with a human! I don't know how they are even in business...read the reviews, it's 100percent true about them charging you for a refund and a fee...then no one answered the phone to even place an order! Better deals and better service at other places...happy I didn't order from them now! Not worth the risk...awful shopping.
