The most unqualified and rude people who do little to no work and charge you absurd prices. I went in with healthy brunette hair, asked for highlights, was charged $65 for two strands of my hair to be “tested” and told they weren’t able to do my highlights that day in their salon, and I left with exactly the same head of hair I came in with minus $65.

Yesterday was my first time going to this salon and I am very happy with my experience. Kiara was my stylist and she was very friendly. I had come in for highlights and she brought up pictures on her phone to show me options of what they could look like. It was a lengthy process but in the end I wound up with awesome chunky red highlights. They look really good and I will be coming back in when I eventually need a new haircut.
