I went and they did not shampoo my hair or even really wet it down before cutting it. I have long, thick hair that needs to be substantially wet down. Not just with some mist from a bottle. I also have a middle part that the stylist did not repart before starting to cut. She took off more than what was discussed and I have several pieces of hair that were not cut to the same length as the rest of my hair. I suggest going elsewhere for a hair cut. They want to charge about $18 for poor service.

The lady who cut my hair showed me the amount in her hand she was going to cut off, then cut double that amount! To make things even worse, my hair cut is completely uneven! now i have to get even more cut to make the part she messed up!

This is my favorite Great Clips location--they always do great work every time I come in. I went in today to get my hair cut and layered, and Jess gave me exactly what I wanted. Overall, I'm very happy!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
