NOT CELIAC SAFE! Two hours after eating 1/2 of (what I thought was) a gluten free everything bagel, I became violently sick! Either the bagel was not gf or there was cross contamination. When I called to notify them, the owner refused to believe I was sick because of the bagel. She insisted it was the cream cheese (I bought separately to avoid cross contamination), which it was not; I've been glutened before and know the feeling. She asked me to visit the store in person and continued to negate my experience and argue with me when I came in today. They issued me a refund but refused to acknowledge that I got terribly sick from their product. Why would I make this up?! Horrible customer service!

The bagles are good but nothing too special. Most people just get their bagel sandwiches. We also got the smoothies. They were made from all frozen ingredients and not tasty.

Asked for bacon and cheddar on a hot poppy bagel with extra bacon. . The man behind counter didn’t understand my order at all and didn’t understand me asking for one of the hot bagels that I watched come out of the over. The tall lady comes …Waiting in line for a fresh bagel deserves exactly that at the end of it, Dennis. We're sorry this was not the case upon your recent visit to us. We have a lot of people coming in to try out our unique bagels, and our warm staff is always aiming to accommodate all our guests so as to provide you with the best experience possible. We do hope that you will allow us the opportunity to exceed all your expectations on your next visit. -Javier E., Manager

Asked for bacon and cheddar on a hot poppy bagel with extra bacon. . The man behind counter didn’t understand my order at all and didn’t understand me asking for one of the hot bagels that I watched come out of the over. The tall lady comes over and says the bagels are all fresh and refuses to give me a hot one even though the customer before me had one. I asked if the bagel she was giving me was still warm/hot and again she said all bagels are fresh! I paid $9 amd change for that and a LF coffee. I get back to my office amd the bagel is cold and there’s hardly any bacon. The cheese barely even melted. How hard is it to grab a hot bagel 10 feet away from the grill. Why have a window where customers see the bagels coming fresh iut if the oven if we can’t have one. If yiu are going to charge $6 for bacon amd cheese with extra bacon then you should make sure there’s extra bacon!!!!

Employees wear masks and gloves; the place appears clean, but I'm not sure how, or how often, it's sanitised.

Do they make their own gluten free bagels?
