Charged us for an 11:30 delivery, but only started work on it (according to Postmates) and hour later. Nearly two and a half hours later, only half of the order was delivered, and the celery in the shawarma had sand in it. Tried calling for assistance and was immediately hung up on. Used to love Hadramout - not sure what’s been going on. A truly terrible experience.

I'll keep it short and sweet. If you want to learn the art of hospitality then, you have to experience this restaurants service. The wait staff here is hard working. When you place your order make sure you know that you will want to go home with extra food because it's so delicious! =) This place is part of New York City history. This should be a national landmark in my humble opinion.

The food was very good, tasty and fresh, and I guess that's the main reason that we came here third time. Do try their green tea, that's located near cash register, it's the best stuff of all... !! The only, little bad thing is the food …
