Came late night after a show with my boyfriend. The avocado burger is a must try!!! (Picture down below) Very delicious, bun was toasty & soft, everything was chopped and properly proportional & the bacon was crispy good. Overall, I wish it was a bigger place to eat because those benches after a while hurts your butt. LOL Fries I give it a 8/10 due to being too salty Burger 10/10 Customer service 10/10

Very modest place to get a quick bite or in my case a crave The stand out item for me is the fries I can't get enough of them of course the burgers are good And the cherry on top is they ask you how you like it cooked I would definitely recommend it

Decent Burger/Fries/Shake, but nothing above and beyond any other medium Had a late night dinner here. Lady behind the register was fantastic. Wish the food was at her level. Ended up getting the JackBlack Burger, medium curly cheese fries, and a chocolate shake with reeses/oreo. Burger was on par with any other fast casual joint in the city. The curly fries were cooked well, crispy outside/soft inside. The chocolate shake was okay. Most of the toppings weren't crushed enough to fit through the straw and/or were stuck at the bottom. Not rushing to go back, but def can see why this place has been around awhile. Convenient location off of Canal.

Until today I have had no issues at Black Burger. Today I decided to try to order online believing it would be no different. After I got my order I immediately checked to see if it was correct it was not so I notified the restaurant. When i went to get my order corrected I can see that they made no actions to fix the issue. So I had to wait additional time for the order to be made a second time. At this point I am a little more than annoyed considering I initially order online because I wanted to save time. I attempt to explain that to the staff which by this point had made these comments “ Oh you’re the guy... hold on” and “I’m doing you a favor by doing it over.” I’m not sure what made everyone so inclined to be rude or bothered but what I needed them to understand that as the customer I do not have any fault in the matter so it is not doing me a favor especially when you messed up the first time and then was so defensive that they made a subpar burger. Maybe they will treat you better than they treated me but definitely not worth the aggravation or time placing an order online. The workers’ time and feelings are more important than the customers according to how they handle the issue tonight. Wanted me to take an add on patty that would have been a different temperature from the burger I had because they were made 20 minutes apart. After two people touched over and that amount of time it would not have been the same. Furthermore he did not have his mask all the way up I did not care but to say I should be happy they made me a fresh one is ridiculous and concerning because obviously has no understanding of how germs work. LOOK AT THE PRICE AND THINK ARE THEY DOING FAVORS OR IS IT JUST BUSINESS.
