First of all a huge law suit is currently taking place for the management of this apartment complex. Upon investigations the place is unsafe in many ways. The building is not secure at all. Maintenance is cheap and repairs are done poorly. Residents are unsatisfied living here due to stolen mail/packages, damages and theft within the property, noise complaints, outsiders entering the property and digging through trash, and the construction of the complex do not meet the needs. Reports of domestic violence and death have occurred, also including vehicle reports within the facility. Uninhabitable living conditions. Illegal entries. Violation of rental agreements. Not following the security deposit law. Beware future residents of this over priced apartment complex with unprofessional staff that provide no help or assistance to your needs.

I lived here once before back in 1999. I am a returning resident almost 22years later and I have to say, my move in experience has been quite pleasant. Glen from the office was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to assure me of any questions I'd have, assistance was always there. Quite happy and above all comfortable. This place looks nice on the outside but living here is a NIGHTMARE! Management is terrible and they enter your apartment without permission! A maintenance man forced himself into my apartment after I shouted he didn't have permission to enter, management said it was a mistake but didn't even apologize. Also, the hot water doesn't work at all and the walls are very very thin. You can hear everything that is going on in your neighbors apartment and the hallways. STAY AWAY!!!!

Been here 11 months and I really enjoy it here. Nice, clean, quiet, and very friendly neighbors. The staff in the leasing office are awesome. Willing to do what it takes to help you out. The maintenance crew is also friendly and quick to solve any issues you have. Love that the complex allows pets. I would recommend this place to anyone.
