Everytime I come here it’s always a issue. This office is extremely unprofessional. Never answer calls. Never call back. Dr is extremely rude and everytime we have a “appointment” we aren’t seen till 2 hour after. What’s the point of a appointment if we still have to wait three hours to be seen from our appointments time. We only come here because it’s my mothers specialist and can’t find another to switch her. Horrible place o hate coming and every time it’s always a argument

We have a 9:00 appointment and at 10:15 we are still waiting to be seen. Explained my husband is on dialysis and we had to be out by a specific time, and was told we will try. They also over book patients. We love Jeff her PA he is great and very knowledgeable., and very helpful.

If you enjoy waiting for almost an hour each time you see the doctor even though you have an appointment, then by all means this is the place for you. No apologies from the staff for making you wait this long. I'm not the only one who's complaining as everyone in the waiting room has the same sentiment. I value my time just like everyone else, and it seems they need to figure out a system where they can see patients in a timely manner. As for me, this will be the last time I come here and will be taking my business elsewhere.
