Horrendous customer service even speaking in Portuguese they don’t get the correct information. Waiting for the past hour and a half for my food to get delivered even after correcting them on the incorrect phone number. Then consistently calling them to see the status on the delivery and they hang up. Joke of employees do better suave. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Literally ordered food, took forever, and people that came after me got their food. It would literally be faster for me to drive to New York to get food and come back here. Bring XPLACE back. They had your order down in like 15 min. This place is going downhill.

Very good place for food! Their X-tudo is so good. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that sometimes their food can taste a bit stale, like if some of their ingredients are a bit old. But this has only happened 3 times out of 10. I still go because it's so good. You just gotta mention it so they can change it!
