I am one of the fortunate people that have a mailbox. I was gone for five days and end at five day time, they managed to fill my mailbox up with mail that did not even belong to me. When I returned there was a notice in the box that stated my mailbox was too full so my mail would not be delivered there until I came in. I came in and brought in the mail that had filled my mailbox up. I have not received mail cents and I am so upset because I take care of a special-needs man down below and all of the trust items must be sent to me. Along with the property taxes for my new house up here. I went in and asked about it and they said that they just automatically send my mail back to the original senders. It took me over a month to arrange all my mail to be sent to my new home and they can actually mess up someone’s life just by choice. Everything is up to the mail carrier whether he wants to deliver or not. What century are we in? How absurd it is that they can’t even hold onto the mail until you come in. They told me that you’re gone 30 days and your mail just automatically gets returned to sender , I was only gone five days. So what’s your excuse now post office.

They don't deliver to unincorporated areas???This isn't the united states postal service. This is the incorporated only postal service. I've lived in many unincorporated areas and they all delivered. Makes you wonder what's going on. The man named Guy was also extremely short when talking to me, and stated that I can't get a p.o box there. Something was strange about him. This place should be investigated.

Like most other comments...I got a message from Amazon that the package was undeliverable from the USPS (we were home all day!). Went to post office & they cant find it now. I've lived in some remote places, but apparently not as backwards as here. No complaints on the guy at the counter (Aaron), he was ok.

Same story as everyone else. Tracking says my package is being held here because they failed to deliver it to the correct post office. Went to my local post office before heading here just to make sure that it wasn't there. The guy (who's actually good at his job and listens to people, unlike everyone here) assured me that he'd finished sorting all incoming packages and that my package was definitely at the Big Bear post office like the tracking info said. Came here to pick it up, and as soon as I started talking, I was interrupted by a worker named Guy, telling me that there's absolutely no way the package is there. He says my local post office just hasn't finished sorting. As I described above, they most definitely have. Guy then refuses to even take a look in the back and tells me to take it up with my local post office, then interrupts me to call for the next customer. Absolutely horrendous service.

Jay, after moving to the area I too realized that the PO doesn’t deliver to our physical addresses in Bear City; I believe everyone, including myself has a PO BOX
