We needed firewood for 10$ but ended up getting wood for 20$ since the lady who also runs the antique shop next door said she doesn't accept cards and has no change for a 20$ bill. Not sure if that was true or just a way of selling us more than we needed. Either way a bit strange to have absolutely no change when you run a shop.

MILES CAME THROUGH WITH EXCELLENT PRODUCT. My mixed hardwood 1/2 cord was excellent cure and quality. MILES MET ME AT HIS LUMBER YARD ON THE WORST DAY OF WEATHER THIS YEAR, BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF WOOD! Even though he was booked with deliveries, Miles met me at his yard, in snow and driving wind so I could grab part of the 1/2 cord I ordered, and not be without wood,... my only source of heat!!! ALL THIS AND THE BEST PRICES ON THE MOUNTAIN!! Thank you Miles and Co.

Walked up to a friendly face and the best prices in town. 10 bucks got us more wood than we could handle for the trip. Helped us load it and even gave tips for the best fire. Compared to any of the other places we have tried over last few years, this was the friendliest customer service AND the BEST price. They take Venmo which made it super easy. I will not go anywhere else at Big Bear
