What a lousy service, apparently there is no one to dispatch between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, normally there should always be someone dispatching.

We purchased limestone pool coping and porcelain pavers from US Icon tiles. We wanted to make sure that our contractor installs them correctly and asked for installation instructions. The company said that they don’t not provide installation instructions for their products. We are glad we found instructions for similar materials from a more serious and caring company because our contractor wanted to install them the wrong way! I later called the company to ask for products to patch large holes in the limestone coping and the phone operator said that they don’t recommend products. Shame on the company that does not care about customers’ long term satisfaction and safety!!!
