Their carriers are lazy!! We have a doorbell and they fail to utilize it!! Standard delivery does not need or require a signature. My partner wants his package. Would be best to retrain your carriers. If I could rate this delivery I'd give it 0 stars.

New PO- Hire Help! Also- Your GM is Very Rude. I had paperwork to fill out & heard a lot of customers being treated like they were not worth his time. She (I’m so sorry- Long Brown Hair )- Super nice & overwhelmed by a line while mister grumpy doesn’t let elderly customers leave their boxes (to ship/postage complete) on his counter. He simply points. I’ll revisit in a few months. It’s a beautiful location and building. I’m sad that the vibe is so off & I feel bad for the employees that try to make it nice. USPS - I hope the holidays are a lil more staffed with some kind & good people! This is an easy fix USPS.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. There were 6 people ahead of me and it took nearly an hour for my turn to come, because they only had one person getting everyone’s packages. They had another employee handling stamps and things like that, but he didn’t have any customers, so he was just standing there. It took him until it was my turn to start assisting. Then, after all that, he couldn’t find my package and I left with nothing more than a “we’ll call you if we find it.” They couldn’t find a few other people’s packages, either. I hate that this is where my stuff gets sent.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to apply for a USA passport, I requested Wednesday March 17, 2021 at 10:30 am I showed up 15 minutes before, I waited on line for my turn. I provided all documents required, but I was told the passport employee was not available today and I need it to reschedule another appointment to summit my application for USA passport. I asked to call another post offices near the area to help me out. They didn’t help me out. So, I made another appointment in another US POST OFFICE. My appointment will close to weeks from my today’s appointment March 17, 2021. A MEGA INCONVENIENCE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the way, they don’t offer passport pictures service, good luck 🍀👍 I’m very disappointed and I Shall not go back to that branch. Although is a New building and a nice one I may say so. Can someone please run quality service in that place and supervise their daily development? Bad Review and thumbs down 👎👎😡
