If you drive straight into Swinford from the Harbor exit, you'll drive right into this Catalina Express parking lot. As of November 2021 the rate is $20/day. There's covered parking under the solar panels. There are benches and sunbathing seats overlooking the pier. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the port gates for the cruises.
