Ordered DoorDash.. Two sandwiches… one was fine the other had two slices of beef on a beef and cheddar. I work in the service industry too. Come on people pay money to eat food. Definitely not worth the 5.75 a sandwich will not order again.

I previously gave five stars, I came back to lower to three after my experience yesterday. I love going here especially for the Turkey Gyros, they're delicious. My boyfriend and I ordered on the app, and he went inside to pick up our food for us. He got in the car and said he forgot to ask for Horsey Sauce. I said I'd run in and grab it. He told me the guy inside was miserable so I didn't have to if I didn't want to. I didn't care, it's just asking for sauce. Anyway, I got in there, and there was a girl, I think her name was Amy, I told her we had a take out order and forgot sauce, she went to grab some for me, and the "shift manager" grumpily reached over her and dropped two packets in my hand. I just looked at him and said, "Um thanks.." Amy asked if I wanted more sauce, and handed me four more. She got scolded and told she's only allowed to give one sauce per sandwich. She then asked me how many sandwiches I got. We got three bags of food. Two gyros, four little sandwiches, and two big ones. The shift manager rolled his eyes and was very rude all over SAUCE. He had something up his butt, and maybe it was the rest of the horsey sauce...

Ordered in the drive thru. I got my order and just wanted to ask for some sauce packets after he handed me the bag. The dude closed the windows and ignored me waving and honking the horn to get his attention. What if something was wrong with my order? What a lazy employee that couldn't be bothered to even see what was wrong. It would have taken 5 seconds.

I had taken my elderly parent for dinner. She likes Arby's and hasn't been able to go in a long time due to Covid. Right from entering I noticed that the inside was very dirty. I have never seen this before. Every part from counters, floors and every table was dirty. We placed our order and was told to take a seat. My mother ordered a beef an cheddar and a drink I had a Ruben, crinkle fries and drink. The wait time was not long. They called our number first the Arby's sandwich had little meat and a big glob of cheese all over. There was only about a table spoon of meat. How hard is it to place meat on a bun and not to make it so sloppy you can't pick it up without cheese dripping all over? Then there was my Ruben It was ice cold, 1 piece of Swiss cheese that was on it wasn't melted when I bit into it I had to spit it out the whole thing was all fat no kidding this was the worst I have ever gotten. I will never go there again. I realize they are short staffed for evening shift however that should not interfere on quality of food you serve there is no reason to just slap stuff together. Presentation should mean alot to. That's to bad I blame the manager for not teaching the employees how Presentation and quality and consistency are very important when you have a restaurant.
