I was extremely pleased at first with such a kind staff and clean facility with a very attentive and caring administrator. Never considered after one year my dad would be begging to see sunlight outside, be yelled at by staff and executive staff and denied continuously for even the simplest thing of having 1 medical record be mailed to me. I was rudely refused and questioned if my integrity when I asked for one document. I was so embarrassed and left crying from their facility. I haven't seen my dad for 2 months now, no visiting or television offered yet.

I personally knew someone who resided at Casa Bonita Healthcare Center and wow... What a beautiful place in the beautiful city of San Dimas. The staff are great and are very accommodating. This building looks new and truly feels like home for everyone living in it, even for those that depend on equipment and people to take care of them. Leadership truly goes down the line at this place, from Richard the Administrator, Albert the office guy, Mary the kitchen lady, and Puri the CNA. Really cool place. Thanks for taking care of my family friend.

Tour helped our family decide on our decision, staff was welcoming and informative, from administration, admitting dept, nursing and everyone I encountered. My uncle was placed in their sub acute unit and the care was everything we had hoped and then some. As a family our concerns were eased and I can not say in words the comfort the staff provided, especially Thess RN supervisor. I highly recommend Casa.
