my order is literally always wrong. i just want nashville hot chicken littles w no mayo and no pickles. last time, i got regular chicken with the spicy mayo. this time, i got nashville hot but they still had everything on them.

This KFC used to be decent for the most part. But after me and my fiancé most recent visit we won't be going back for a long while. The macaroni and cheese looked like it had been sitting in the container a while and was watery. And the chicken was the worst, we ordered extra crispy and when we had opened it up there was next to no breading on it whatsoever, it was just a big soggy mess. Upon returning it the staff was friendly but it's the manager that was extremely rude. He picked up the bucket tossed it back on the counter said replace it and stormed off.

Service is always slow at this location. Not enough staff to handle Super Bowl Sunday orders, after church crowd, or door dash orders. No "Specials". Understaffed and lacking in professionalism. However, once the rush slowed down, the staff proved to be very kind, overworked young people.

I always order popcorn chicken and always seem to get rock hard chicken to wear you can't eat it would love to get good quality chicken for the price you pay I get this for my elderly mother and end up getting something from another place for her I will be taking her from know onelsewhere
