Food didn’t taste good, staff rude, no water served, served in a box. Overall bad experience

Food can be good at times but in many instances either over cooked or under cooked. Pick up orders rarely complete and items missed . Fried foods usually so greasy they become soggy. If my daughter didn't love place I'd never eat here
