If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was terrible. I tried to order 2 different items, but they didnt have the ingredients. I settled for an acai bowl. I was the only one in the store and it took 20 min for 3 people to make the bowl. It came out of the blender as a gross brown mess. I tried eating it, but it tasted terrible. And they didnt even have spoons! The only good thing was that they were willing to give me a refund.

We placed an on-line order and we’re informed our order would be ready in 30 minutes. When we arrived (30 minutes later) I was told that our order had not been started yet, but they would get to it right away. I was a little surprised given the fact that there were no other customers in the place at the time, but no big deal - perhaps I just missed the crowd. However, I must admit my patience wore thin as I waited an additional 30 minutes as I watched and it appeared the girl behind the counter struggled to make my order. We had ordered “berry blissness bowl” and I’d rate it “fair”at best. The flavor was decent, but I was not pleased with texture as it was extremely watery/runny. I don’t know how to make these myself, but my guess would be that it was blended much to long ? Whatever the case, it was not the consistency I have experienced in other açaí bowls. In addition to the above, there were other little things that added up to an overall poor customer service experience. I will just say that most places don’t “move “ me enough one way or another to take the time to write a review. I walked away from this experience knowing a Google review was well warranted.

This place is seriously one of my favorite places now. They are extremely customer oriented and compassionate about their products and their business. If you can believe it, in this picture is only HALF of a smoothie bowl! Me and my fiancee shared one! It was bigger than the size of my hand and there is so much smoothie under all of that topping, I swear. I thought they were going to be small but seriously we could hardly finish one. These are more than well worth the price for them. You get SO much in one bowl its insane, not to mention super healthy. If you're looking for something to you power you through the day and give you that does of serotonin you need.. then this is your place. Ps: The one I got was called The Dragon Bowl!

Very bad service - we ordered online and didn't get our smoothies for over an hour after we ordered. Turns out they prioritize in person orders, even though it says on here they prefer people order online. Smoothies had good flavor but weren't very cold. Not what we wanted on a hot day.
