I found them to be very easy to work with. I compared there price to that of Costco and a comparable tire. They were close in price and much easier to schedule the tire installation.

I hit a big pothole while driving in Santa Rosa on a mini vacation with my sister and my tire immediately went flat. Luckily this place was open and told me that they could fix it right away. They only had used tires so they put on a used tire and charged me $70. After I started driving away I noticed a sound coming from the tire that got louder as I got to higher speeds. I couldn’t go back because my sister had to make her flight, but I called and they told me this was normal. I finally had a chance to take it to a tire shop in San Francisco and they found that the used tire was worn very unevenly and it needed to be replaced quickly or it could cause damage to my car. Not sure what the breakdown in labor vs material cost was for the $70 but I don’t think I should’ve been charged for the tire at all. It was not really usable. Be cautious if getting used tires from here.

Been going here since I was 16 now 47 in the last year I've gone twice both times damaged my wheel I have pics before and after for the second time absolutely there fault. Took a big chunk out of my wheel from the incorrect methods used to remove tire. 2016 promaster alluminium wheel very expensive to replace. Not happy will never go back there again. I said something last time he damaged my 300zx wheel he said that was already there I new that it wasn't. This time took a pic first just as I thought. Dont go here they don't even have a lift after 30 plus years of buisness they put your car on 4 floor Jack's. Ridiculous and unprofessional methods. Very disappointing, its pretty bad when pep boys does a safer job mounting tires than a wheel and tire specialist.
