Florist was quick with a funeral basket “Heavenly Heights Bouquet”. They delivered it before the 4pm viewing service on the same day it was ordered! Thank to the staff for such a beautiful arrangement!

I recently requested a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my wife this past Valentine's Day. Accidentally, I asked for the bouquet to be sent to the wrong address, but the delivery man was kind enough to call and ask for the new address. However, since the wrong address was far from our address, by the time the flowers were delivered, my wife and I would not have been home, therefore, I had no option but to cancel the delivery. I called the flower shop the next day to let them know of the situation seeking to get a refund, the man I spoke to was very amiable and offered a full refund eventhough it was a mistake from my part. He was very professional, kind, and understanding. I will definitely continue to request their service!
