I have been living at Nova Townhomes for over a year now & must say. No complaints. If anything is needed fixing its fixed right away, If the garage door opener doesn't;t work they will fix it right away. Great place to stay & friendly neighbors. Both managers Gvonnie & Raiven are great!

This place is a joke. Moved here when it was Sunset Gardens managed by Yale Management and it was great. Building was clean, maintenance was on time and if onsite manager didn’t answer service was still done. Then it was sold to Polaris and they came in charging us for utilities and stupid administrative fees that didn’t make any sense. They painted the building with cheap paint that peeled off in the hallways, replaced AC that had been working perfectly okay. After they replaced them ours Kept saying filter needed to be replaced which they never did. Recently someone else took over Cushman Wakefield and same property manager Raiven that doesn’t answer phones or emails. I would avoid this building if you can. Can’t open the building doors even though they are new too. People would be braking in to mailboxes a ton of kids running around the hallways. This place went down hill after sunset gardens. Rent at your own risk. Moved out in February and they are charging me 230 in utilities for four days. Doesn’t make any sense and didn’t return any part of the deposit or answer my emails.

I like the apartment, but management is absent and unresponsive. First of all, Polaris Property Management sold the property to Cushman & Wakefield without informing any residents that there would be a switch, only that the resident portal would be down for a while. Now that there's new management, nobody responds to anything, and it's really frustrating. We've had a leaky shower and submitted multiple requests for it to be fixed, but nothing has happened. The lock for the door on Gresham has been messed up for over a month at this point. Management has reached out to get random information they need from us, but then they don't respond to our emails to them. I don't want to know how they'd respond in an emergency.

My partner and I have just submitted our application, and holding deposit. I had to write a review already because I am very satisfied on Giovanni's assistance through this whole process. My calls have been answered, and my emails have been responded to quickly. Giovanni has been very attentive, and I feel like he actually cares (which is rare for leasing agents). He called an hour before our scheduled tour to confirm; Wrote out in an email the step by step process; Answered my numerous questions on the phone. Finding your new home is stressful, but I haven't felt that through this process. Hopefully all goes well, and we get approved! Thank you Giovanni! I will add more to this review if there are any updates

There are no washers/dryers in our units. There is an easily accessible laundry room inside of the community.
Yes, we allow pets with an additional deposit and pet rent. There are some pet restrictions listed on our property website.
We offer subterranean garage parking with each townhome (1 parking space for 1 bedroom, 2 with 2 bedrooms as a tandem space).
