TRUST THE REVIEWS! Terrible location, order from somewhere else. Worst Pizza Hut in the county, possibly in the whole state. Had bad experiences in the past with undercooked items, long delivery/pickup times, just a terrible product from this location so I hadn’t ordered from here in 6 months. Last night I decided to take a chance since I had got home late and ordered delivery. As I should have expected, nothing has changed. Undercooked pizza and cheese sticks, the top of the box was pressed onto the pizza smashing the pan pizza down but due to it being undercooked, no toppings came off just a half smashed pizza and a greasy inside top of the box. Paid an additional $2.49 for extra pepperoni, the pizza had about 12 slices of pepperoni total. I actually don’t think I’ve ever received extra toppings when I paid for it, must be an owners decision not to give extra toppings to customers who pay for them. Also wanted to add the delivery driver arrived with 2 other people in her vehicle which was odd to me when she was handed my order by the unknown person in the back seat of her car. I have never seen a full car arrive to deliver a pizza and cheese sticks but maybe she was also doing Uber pickups on the way which is why it took an hour to arrive? All in all 3 bites of a slice of pizza and 1 bite of a cheese stick was all I needed before I threw the entire order in the trash where it belonged. Will be doing a charge back on my credit card since it’s impossible to receive a refund from this place. 6 years ago this place was amazing, great customer service, great food but ever since Covid hit, this location has become the best in 2 categories, #1 in worst customer service and #1 in worst food quality. Will never order from this location again, if you really want Pizza Hut try the other locations in Pasadena and GB. Better yet order from a local pizza joint instead of this garbage, I sure wish I did.

Thumbs down for Service, speed and undercook food. The Pizza Hut in Pasadena sucks the Pizza Hut near the wawa is great if you are picking up.

I love Pizza Hut pizza thin and crispy with EXTRA sauce. the store I order from on 8149C RITCHIE HIGHWAY always gets my pizza right. I also love how the green peppers are cut and baked. so delicious! The extra sauce really makes the pizza. Thanks.

I've gone here many times because it's right next to BJ's club. Well they have messed up my order so many times that I've finally given up on this location. I ordered a simple pizza. Extra sauce, light chess, bacon, extra pepperoni. Had extra cheese, normal bacon and normal pepperoni. So I took it back and told them I want my money back, the girl got the manager. Manager had an attitude and said yeah I don't see a problem with the pizza, I'm looking at your receipt and I don't see a problem. Told her the pizza is fine, it's the person who can't read the screen and clearly can't read the receipt either. Does that look like extra pepperoni and light cheese? Oh, yes, I guess not. Rude manager, tired of the location. I'll never go back. So I said no, I don't want another I want a refund. She told me give her 15 mins and she will. I expect to have to dispute the charge on my credit card cause she clearly didn't care. Update 12-23-21: I was correct, charged cleared today and the manager did not refund the order to me. I'm not surprised as she clearly didn't want me to have a refund. I had to call and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay clear of this place.
