I was a little skeptical going in to this location because of all the horror stories. Not just from reviews, but literally word of mouth. However….with that being said, I ordered a bowl, double protein (chicken), and a bunch of other toppings. To start, everything was fresh, with the exception of the chicken being way over cooked, but still quite tasty. Everything was proportioned the way it should be, and all in all, not bad. Service was fast, employees were friendly, but what I can see is a group of younger people with what I can only guess is lack of training or poor management maybe? I’m any case, I will return…..hoping to turn this from a 4 to a 5 star review.

This is probably the worst chipotle. The girl overloads your dish with sour cream. They won't accept the change as a tip even though they accept tips. It's out of things a lot. I try to give it the benefit of the doubt but it always disappoints. Other Chipotle locations are way better

Just close this location down already or get a new GM! In the past 6 months this place has gotten absolutely terrible and I’ve gotten food here less and less frequently. But after tonight I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Terrible TERRIBLE meal, and service. And (over)charged me for the wrong thing. Employees goofing off and ignoring customers at the cash register. Dirty burnt food all over the prep stations. They were out of burrito bowls and only had lids and were making “burrito bowls” in the lids and then covering them with tin foil. The employees obviously don’t want to work here so shut it down and let them work somewhere else.

1099 Bike

Walked in today and tried to order 2 chicken and cheese quesadilla's. Was told that they can't be ordered at the counter because they take to long and I would have to order online. There was no line at the time. Instead I ordered 4 kids quesadillas that they could do for some reason. Three people behind the counter said that was the policy. This makes no sense at all! Then they were also out of chips. I know places are having a hard time with help but I counted 5 people working that I could see. Watched other people walk out in frustration as well. Chipotle you can do better than this.
