This is the best service for total car detailing. We have used them 4 times now and never been disappointed. George detailed 2 cars for us recently: 2006 Toyota and a 2018 Hyundai. The Toyota was in bad shape outside and inside and today it looks like a new car. They have always exceeded our expectations and we will continue to call on them for detailing. They come to the house which is very convenient. They have excellent communications from booking through payment.

I've used On The Spot before and I loved them then, I still love them now. We inherited a vehicle that hadn't been cleaned in NINE years! I called On The Spot and booked an appointment. Craig and Mike were my detailers today and they made this vehicle look brand new! There were stickers on the windows and bumper stickers, extra mirrors on the mirrors and just gross inside. When they finished, it looked like none of that stuff had ever been there! The car also smelled like crayons before they detailed it and now it doesn't! I will continue to bring my vehicles here for detailing and it really is worth every single penny. Not only did they do an amazing job with the vehicle, but every person I encountered working here was extremely polite and professional. After having their 'showroom' package, I would say that my car is marginally clean... but it isn't the 'spotless' that I expected. "Dressing the interior" in details from other providers usually means a shine finish on my doors and interior and that the casing around my gear shift is spotless. That was not the case here; the stuff on my gear shift remains and there is fuzz everywhere. Spots on the windshield and leftover bug tar on my grill. Some spray was left dripping on my passenger seatback; that's not a stain that was in the car before it was cleaned and is something I need to wipe off. And the back windows were clearly not cleaned on the inside. The interior was generally wiped down and 'cleaned', but definitely not dressed. I question whether a clay bar and wax was used; it rained the day after and the water is not running off my car the way it typically does when it's waxed. Again, it's marginally clean. But not the level of deep clean that I was anticipating for a 'full detail'.

Got my car detailed here to remove a lot of dog hair and they did a great job. A week later I had noticed they missed a decent sized section under my trunk mats. I contacted them to let them know, and they immediately offered to fix it same day. I ended up taking it back a week later, and they re detailed my entire car at no charge. Very happy with the quality and their willingness to make things right.
