First, I gave it two stars instead of one because I do love Jimmy John's overall. But the reality is this specific location should only be 1 star. Every time I go there, something is wrong with the order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Missing tomato, lettuce, and/or peppers; onions added when I asked for no onions; altogether wrong sandwiches. I've even ordered online a few times in case it was a miscommunication at the register, but I still have a bunch of errors with my order. The crazy part is we only make 1-2 modifications from the standard sandwiches when we order, so it's not like we're asking for something highly customized.

Food was 5 stars but the front counter staff needs to listen to the orders We ordered 3 subs two without tomatoes and one with cheese and guess what They werent made to our order and it is sad when you drive 30 minutes away to sit down with friends to eat your sub and it was made wrong. I know it isnt that hard to pull out the tomatoes but it is the principal of it We added cheese to the other when we got home So I hope someone will educate that customer orderes are important to customers
