Called in an order for 3 large subs. Packaged to travel, I want to heat up later for DINNER. That is how i phased what I wanted. What did I get 3 sandwiches MADE. NOT WHAT I SAID. Spent $40.00 for soggy subs! Called the store " manager" said person taking the order did not understand. Talked to a "Mike", when store manager is a WOMAN! Nothing like being LIED TOO! People could care less about doing a good job.

Online ordering is always disabled, can’t call and place an order for pickup because the phone is disconnected and modified hours posted on door that aren’t updated online so I drove here for nothing. Friendly staff at least but inconvenient for someone who lives 20+ minutes away and this is the only Firehouse near me :(

Hadn't been to a firehouse subs in a long time. Great food and customer service was excellent. They were patient and answered all of my questions. They'll also customize a sandwich anyway you'd like it.

Always a great experience here. Mike is always friendly and greets everyone coming in. The food is delicious and makes this one of my top choices for grabbing a bite to eat when around town.
