Won't honor LTL appointments. Will make you late for other appointments. It's bad enough they are located in Irwindale instead of LA but hours of waiting for a couple of pallets make local LTL deliveries a pain. Doesn't matter if it's directly for them or a crossdock like Better Life. Why did Better Life switch over to these guys??? Far outside downtown LA and long waits. Ugh. Insist on detention fees here after 2 hours if you can get them guys.

The website is a bit of a wall. There are no obvious contact us drop downs. I had to go back to a search engine to get the telephone number. Then when I called the number there was a wall. No o for Operator. There was a type out the persons name phone directory. I just got lucky and hit 1. Then I was able to leave my contact info as a potential customer. Maybe it will get forwarded out to a rep. Maybe it will be deleted. Until later!

They were 3 hours late to unload me, appt was 0700, started unload at 1015. 8-3, they unloaded me 4 hours early. 8-30 appt was 0700 started at 0945. 11-3 appt 0800 started at 0800.
