My friend's little sister's ordered food here they said they liked it I don't like McDonald's though except the ice cream unfortunately the machine's are always broken.

I went to McDonald's one week ago I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a soda every time I go to McDonald's and order a burger the cheese is never melted I have to take the burgers back twice because it was still cold I think what customer service whoever to cook is they need to make sure they take the time and make sure the food is hot the fries was hot but the burger was cold and I was on my way to work I work with people with autism I appreciate when I come to McDonald's that my food is hot when I order it thank you Mr JW

I was never acknowledged by anyone; the customer just ahead of me stepped in to ask someone to take my order when he returned to pick up his. The manager passed me twice, looking but not saying anything; the person taking orders looked away and walked off as I approached the counter without so much as a word. When someone did come to take my order (I wanted four large Hi-C beverages), she cut me off stating they were out. I have never felt so undervalued in my life! I had a long drive ahead of me and I was extremely thirsty. I have never visited this McDonald's before and I never will again! There seemed to be as many crew members working as there were customers. There didn't appear to be any type of organization or system going on to acknowledge and serve customers in a timely fashion. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
