I was at River Valley Feed & Pet Supply on 1/24/21 and ALL of the employees were wearing masks and were very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe and appreciated the assistance with my purchases. This is a quality business with great prices and a wide selection. A true gem in the community.

Someone needs to say it, none of them wear masks. I was just in there recently and had an issue with a return. People are dying over this virus and they aren't enforcing masks at the store. I purchased some stall Matt grabbers from there and 2 days after I went back to return it. The store has a 30 Day Return Policy, and when I went back to the store to return them, they REFUSED to return my items. There was a little bit of dirt on the stall matt grabbers and the worker told me that I can't return them. I proceeded to ask why and she told me It was past 30 days. Informed her I have the receipt and it's only been 2 days since I bought it. Then she said oh well you need to go back home and clean it and MAYBE we will take it back. The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful the whole interaction. I ended up going home to wash it and go back and this time my mother decided to come with me to return it. When we finally got back to return the items, they immediately had an attitude and were giving us problems. The manager did not even once apologize for their employees actions. The manager was no help at all. One of the employees even got in my mothers face shouting at her. I have never been to a store with employees with such low class and customer service. I am extremely disappointed in the way this store is ran. They need to do some changes before they lose all of their loyal customers. I am so disappointed with how they treated me when I have been coming to this store for YEARS. I have came here for all of my horse supplies and never will again. You just lost a loyal customer!

Employees are very knowledgeable. Helpful on the phone and in person. Gave treats to my dogs personally showed me where everything was that I needed. Even though they seem pricey you're paying for the quality and the goodness for your animals. Handicapped parking.

Are you referring to our dog wash station? If so, you would wash your own dog. It's $10 for 10 minutes and .50 cents a minute after that. You do not need to schedule, it is first come first serve.

River Valley Feed does not offer any spay or neuter services, VIP clinic comes out every Sunday from 12:45 to 2:30 for vaccines, microchipping, etc. However, they do not offer any surgical services.
They have incubators you would have to stop by or call then to get size and cost..there pretty good at prices..
I have bought ducks, geese, guinea hens, and chickens there. Just depends on what they have ordered. Call them to find out what they have or when they might have them.
