Needless to say due to all the construction around town I ended up with a flat tire. I was close to this location so I hobbled myself over and found out there were three Nails in my tire. I ended up just buying one tire as it was cheaper than trying to plug up the holes. Now let me just say as a woman most mechanic shops like to take advantage of us thinking we don't know much about vehicles. This place could have easily taken advantage of me considering the situation I was in but they didn't. They were so accommodating and actually gave me a discount for what I needed. They went above and beyond to help me and that is very rare now a days. While they were fixing my car I noticed three other women coming to the shop to have their car worked on so I generally believe that they help women instead of trying to take advantage of them like other places in town do. After a little Chit Chat the owner found out that I was new in town and he told me to call him if I ever needed help not just with my vehicle but with anything else. He recommended restaurants and businesses around town that I should check out and I appreciate that information. Now that is great customer service!!!

I’ve had tires changed here before but I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve bought (used) tires they charge way higher than other places. I’d stick with Franks Lobo Tire for anything on Hwy 80. Non affiliated with Lobo Tire on 6th street.

Wait 3 hours to put on some tires with a appointment. Then said they couldn’t balance my tires because they said it would take too long. Trash!!! I will never come back

Very nice people there, were busy but accommodating to us. Sold us a tire and put it on while I sat in the car in no time!!
