This place has definitely suffered COVID fatigue. The fixtures are broken all over. The staff really was apathetic. The drinks were bad for $9.50 a piece. This is a decent place for family night because it's fun with the arcade. However if you want to actually bowl the lanes are DRY and not for any one who likes to bowl for real. 2 for Tuesday seems the only night when the cost reflects the quality.

People are nice enough and when we first walked in I expected a nice experience. Shoes were clean and available in my size. I’m on vacation so I didn’t have my ball and shoes with me. The lanes have no oil. No oil. We asked the counter man about the oil and he said they oil once a week! Not acceptable. Never had such bad lanes. If you can’t afford to oil then don’t open. Turn the place into an arcade, turn the lanes into shuffleboard or something. This is not bowling. $160 for wood alleys that are not maintained. Shame on Bowlero.

Management needs to reassess trying to operate as if they were fully staffed while running a skeleton crew. We understood from a sign that staffing was limited, but there's a big difference between waiting a few extra minutes for a drink versus the kitchen not being able to get out a fried food order after nearly an hour. I visited with 3 others on a Saturday afternoon. We put a food order in and sat at a table since most of the games/lanes were occupied. After 45 minutes we hadn't received the order. The manager radioed the kitchen and they replied that it hadn't even been started yet, so we canceled the order and left. There was only one bartender (doing the best she could to keep up with drink orders for the entire bar, tables, and lanes).

I love this place! We have date night here all the time. We play pool more than anything. And we always use the photo booth for memories ❤ you can also bowl here
