Thanks to David Pompa we had an outstanding experience here at Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside! We drove 35 miles out to Riverside because they had a large selection of the model that we were looking at. David was very professional and took his time to explain in detail all the features of the cars, and was able to find a few cars that was exactly what we were looking for. David was patient and wanted to absolutely make sure everything was perfect for us. The overall process took about 2 hours and at no point in time did we ever feel pressured into buying a car, unlike some of the other dealerships that we went to. Walter's has earned our business and now we have our 1st Mercedes!

Recently my husband and I were in the market to purchase a car. We decided to start the process at Walter’s Mercedes Benz in Riverside and work our way around to other dealers closer to our home. Let me start by saying this place is very clean, well kept, with no “vulture” salespeople. My husband and I are black and In our early 50’s, well dressed, and very capable to purchase a Mercedes. When we walked in, we found it strange we weren’t greeted by the receptionist since we were the only ones who walked in and she wasn’t on the phone. We decided to wait a bit and began looking at a black SUV inside the showroom. My husband and I noticed a man sitting inside a white car in the showroom, we smiled and said a quick hello, but thought nothing of it. Eventually, the receptionist asked if we needed help and we said, “yes”. Before she could call someone, a salesman by the name of Morris Gaines noticed what was happening and offered to help us. From here on out, our experience went beautifully. Morris was honest and patient with my husband and I. He showed us a variety of cars and wasn’t upset when we decided to purchase a used car rather than new. Once we decided on the car, we went to the finance person Michael G. He was also amazing. He made the long and tedious process of buying a car seamless. Back to the beginning of this process, the person sitting in the car when we first walked in, we later found out, was the manager! If we had of made a decision about this place based on our very first interaction, this review would be very different. Morris, Michael, and “Barkley”, saves the day. I really can’t express enough how wonderful these men were. They were kind, helpful, and patient. At the end of the day, we walked out purchasing a 2019 GLS 550 and we are extremely happy with the process and the purchase. I’d give this review 5 stars however, our initial experience made it a 4 star. In the future, I’d suggest the management team should assume whomever is walking in the door is a potential client and treat EVERYONE with respect. Not just ones with less melanin…money is the same no matter the color of the owner. Thank you Morris, Michael and “Barkley” you 3 are the best.

I had a great experience today at Walter’s Mercedes. Although, they didn’t have the vehicle I really wanted but, I got the next best thing. Morris Gaines provide me with excellent sale service today. Morris was a very knowledgeable about the vehicles he presented, he listened to what I was saying, and he delivered a vehicle that best suited me. Micheal Georgie was very professional in the financing department. He was very thorough in explaining all of our insurance and loan documents. He made the transaction very smooth even when the internet went down while we were there. Overall everything was excellent, and I’m looking forwarded to purchasing a second car in a couple days. It was a pleasure doing business at Walter’s Mercedes’ and I will continue doing business with them.

Morris Gaines is amazing!!!! We went to Mercedes Riverside and the best thing that happened to us was that Morris came to greet us. No one in the place got out of their seat to talk to us. Morris saw us from the second floor and asked if we had been helped. You could tell he was about to leave to go home but he put his bag back in his office and proceeded to help us. He showed us the vehicle we wanted with a warm, kind and positive demeanor. We were presently surprised at the quality of service we experienced. The reason why I say this is because we had just walked away form a car dealership earlier that day because they treated us like we didn't matter. Morris took us on a test drive and he was very informative. He showed my wife and I all the cool features that the car had and then helped us buy the car. It was a flawless process. Now I have my new and first Mercedes and I can say that I had a good and memorable experience.

If you leave your car for them to fix. They get you an Uber car to take you home and when your vehicle is ready an Uber car is hired to bring you to take your car. They have a certain milage they cover. Find that out from their office.

I'd take it in to Walter's service department and ask them. These cars have so many computers now a days I'm sure theres a record...but as for you buying the car "as is" that may be another problem. Good luck. In the future always take a car to a mechanic to be checked out before buying especially if the agreement is as is.
