I don't walk into this store because the customer service from a young female manager with brunette hair was so foul, I avoid entering every time I visit the outlet mall.

Judging by the reviews posted by other people, I am glad I am not the only one who experienced their pathetic customer service. I went to this store yesterday fully motivated to buy my dad a bunch of shirts since they are visiting me here for the first time. However not a single person approached us or even asked if we needed help. Two girls who were fixing the shirts by their exit doors were extremely engrossed in talking to each other. I normally would let stuff like this go but I was so angry because I wanted my father to have a good shopping experience since he really liked this brand. If any of their management is reading this or comes across this review even accidentally, please wake the hell up. This reflects badly on you for the most part.

This is a big store with plenty of merchandise for men, women and children. Of course the retail clerks are friendly. I enjoyed my time there. Later my wife went in and found the perfect cap for her adult nephew, just exactly what he had asked for. If you are in the market for Polo, this is the place to find it.
