The food is good but that’s the extent of the positive attributes. In terms of customer service and cleanliness it falls extremely short. The parking setup is bad as there are cars backed out into the main road. It’s no Chick-fil-a. The cashiers have been more helpful than the manager when it came to resolving an issue I once had. If the food didn’t taste so good, I wouldn’t go there at all. So when I go there I never have high expectations. I would love to be proven wrong and have a great experience but that’s not happened so far.

I wonder how many of the 5 star reviews are legit, seeing as they don’t mention anything helpful. This location is consistently awful at everything. Horrible slow drive thru- expect an hour long wait if the long is past the door. Chicken was cold, how in the world is the line so slow of the chicken isn’t even being cooked fresh? They almost ALWAYS forget something in the order. Check your order before leaving and hold them accountable. Check the amount of chicken you ordered. Check to see if your tenders are either mild or spicy. They just grab whatever they have already made, regardless of what you order. Two times I have gotten mild when I ordered spicy, and they’ve MIXED spicy and mild a few times too!!! They were out of medium / large cups today and were happy to let us go without giving us any drinks that we paid for, but we got them after asking for them multiple times. Tip- order via DoorDash so you can get a refund on missing items if they miss anything or get lazy and give you mild instead of spicy chicken. There are only a few restaurants in the Manassas area that are this bad, and this one is possibly the worst.

There was a really big line. I didn't get the side order I ordered. Plus the food was cold. Update: went back after a long while to give it another chance. The place wasn't busy. I ordered my meal mild. Only one piece of chicken was mild the others were spicy. The food tasted horrible and the price is ridiculously high. Won't be going back for a very long time if ever.
