The men's bathroom was a hot piss soaked floor with no hand soap in either dispenser. My shoes were wet after leaving with mystery piss bacteria. The food service however was quick even during the evening rush and the ladies behind the counter were killing it. They rock!

Today the staffs unprofessionalism sent me over the edge. In past visits when ordering food, I have witnessed the employees gossiping, complaining, and having unprofessional conversations that reflected into its customer service and the atmosphere of the store. Today, I had placed a curbside pick up order approximately at 0910 and was said to be brought out to my parking spot at approximately 0920. 0940 rolled around and so I decided to walk into the store to see where my order was. I found it sitting inside the food station unoccupied by an employee. After 5 minutes of standing there somebody asked what I was waiting on and I told them my curbside order. Another employee shouts with attitude from across the store, “We have been looking for you!” As if it was my fault why my order wasn’t full-filled. I was parked in the front of the store in the correct parking spot, that was even confirmed by the employee. I didn’t get a single apology or anything. And I went home with cold food and a melted coffee.

The cashier was so rude toward me i spoke 5 time and the lady act like she didnt hear me but a person with out my skin color she spoke too, i came back in the store to get something the young lady didnt speak but looked at me what you wsnt but spoke to a prtdon that wasnt my color. thats to me is rude and i felt like i wasnt respected because how i look . bad customer service , they not getting my money no more
