I was already skeptical about coming to this hospital to deliver my baby after reading many reviews. I should have listen to my instincts. The care and service we received was disappointingly horrible. Due to being short staffed and their condescending team. Our stay was extremely unpleasant and seemed as if they were in a hurry to get us out ASAP! I would stay away from this labor and delivery department and travel to a different hospital to have a more pleasant experience. If I could place a zero star review I would.

Would not recommend having child here. Condescending tones from the nurse/pediatrician staff while they are short staffed will be the first issue you experience. Failure to provide all paperwork and properly completing follow up work (ie: assigning babies doctor) will be the surprise you unknowingly run into once finally leaving. Would not recommend stepping foot in this hospital. 1 star review is better than they deserve.

My daughter's grandma had to bring her to the hospital last night 9pm didn't get out tell 5min ago.She was in so much pain with her ears to point of screaming and crying. Still the doctors took the patient in that came in after her. Doctor said I'll get some ear drops for her. Then the nurse said well we're gonna have to give you so Motrin. Told my mom that they don't have a pediatric rooms for kids so they can't give her ear drops.

My Dad and Ant ended up at this hospital due to a car ancient, In the emergency room the staff was helpful, and the Doctors and Nurses were very caring. We live in New Rye and we will definitely keep this hospital in mind. Also wanted to thank the record department for the prompt response in retrieving their records
