My experience was absolutely terrible. I stopped by the drive thru thinking it would be a quick stop for a snack however I was completely mistaken. I waited 15 minutes in line without ever getting to order my food because I had to rush off. This is not the first occasion on which I have found myself completely disappointed and put off by the quality of service I have received. This has happened at least 10 times at this point and has made this McDonald’s almost completely unusable. There is no reason why the service should take this long time especially when the whole point of a drive Thru is to receive your food faster than normal.

This McDonald’s really took the fast out of fast food. We felt so bad for the manager who was the only one working his tail off to make sure everyone got their order. We waited over 30 minutes in a relatively short drive thru line (6 cars or less). They had our order ready for us once we got to the front which we were very thankful for, and the food was warm and tasty (Spicy Chicken Deluxe). The spicy sauce tasted a little funny, but you can’t beat the price.

I think the lady at the drive thru works 24/7/365. She is really friendly. The wait though, c'mon! I don't know how many times I've been there where there is a short line, but still takes way to long to get food. Can't comment on the remodel, as we never go inside.

Dining room was neglected. Crumbs on tables which is unsanitary, obviously. However during these times, for the tables not to be cleaned on a 1/2 hourly basis speaks volumes. While the staff was relatively busy two of the employees upfront, when they were done servicing the customers, took no initiative to go clean the tables but instead talked to the other employees that were diligently working. The manager was noticeably busy but did not prevent them from talking and doing their job. The bright side of this was the food was hot and served quickly.
