Purchased an item over a week ago and have yet to receive an update to tracking other than a shipping label was created while many other people have already received the same item. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with as it’s non-existent. They have an email to contact them, yet they do not actually respond to the emails. I’ve tried contacting through Instagram as well, which has also been met with silence.

ARLO is the greatest

It's a nice spot, plenty of Funko POPS to choose from and the occasional pack of Pokemon cards highly recommend.

I have never been so disappointed with a mystery box. I pay $100, for a box that shows up visibly damaged on the outside, nowhere on the outside does it say fragile or that it’s breakable items inside. Then I open it and there are 4 small thin sheets of bubble wrap that definitely could not have protected them from the damage done to the box. That’s the last time I pay that much money for one of these mystery boxes from chrono toys.
