Most of the front desk people are nice though not usually cheerful. Clean. No towels. No locks. Some lockers broken. Ventilation in the aerobic area is very poor. So poor that higher intensity workouts are difficult. I'm sweat-drenched while warming up. The number of males preening and taking selfies in mirrors is extraordinary. One of the two spinning bikes on the main floor has a broken seat. Might be a good gym for weight training: sucks for aerobic work. If I had another option, I'd take it.

I signed up in Crunch mainly for morning classes. Well, the classes are super crowded and sometimes weights are not even available. The instructor will not give you any attention even if you were doing certain exercises wrong that may cause you injury or pain, which happened to me. But this is not the reason why I am giving this facility 1 star, I knew what to expect from those classes. What really disappointed me was when I had to cancel my membership. First if all, you cannot deactivate your membership by phone or through the app, you have to physically be there. When I called them they said my membership was good through July 15, when I showed up on July 5th, thinking I still have 10 more days, they said they would have to charge me for the month of August even though I did not want to come again. I felt this was very greedy as they were trying to charge me for whatever they can. I have no respect for establishments like this.

Ashely Mcguire , the manager is very unresponsive and unethnical. How did she get the job? The front desk staff is so much more efficient. I got an email confirmation saying "We have cancelled out your membership and signed you up under the correct Tivity Membership so you will not be charged for anything." Yet Diva sends me this email " We have been unable to charge for your monthly dues for the past 2 months. We are concerned that you’re not meeting your fitness goals and not utilizing your membership. In addition, you're paying for late fees on top of your monthly membership. " After calls, front desk conversations, and emails cancelling my membership - she continues to harass me for money for a service Im no longer using.

I was a former employee of crunch fitness in Garwood and the managers and the management team of this crunch are extremely unprofessional. The work environment is so toxic and the manager, Ashley would would never answer the phone when she was there. She refused to ever speak to anyone about any complaints as well . She did not care about the customers at the gym at all. She has a horrible attitude and would call me repeatedly over six times at 11pm at night to force me to come to a shift the next morning that I was not scheduled for. So when I was not able to work the shifts that they wanted me to, the next day I came to work Ashley the manager completely ignored me for the day. The managers are very childish. Also, after I left crunch I should’ve gotten my W-2 form and it has been several months and I have never received it. It is illegal to not send W-2 forms and I had to call crunch over five times in order to speak to a manager. The manager was never there which is not shocking. I reported this crunch fitness to the IRS and when I spoke to the manager she finally sent my W-2 two days before the deadline. Unprofessional managers and the most toxic work environment that I have ever been in. If you’re thinking about applying here… think again..

Hi Lauren, sorry about that...as Omar mentioned (Thanks Omar!) the WiFi password can be found at the front desk and if you ever need anything the staff is always there to help.
