I wish I could give negative stars! Laura Williams is rude and has no business working in customer service, We are here visiting from Texas, we had 3 adults with special needs, she yelled at them acusing them of touching a display. They were just looking close at it. Do better Knotts Berry Farm!

I like to stop in here every once in a while and check out the Christmas displays. Gives me some ideas of what I might want to do this year. They have a large collection of department 56 merchandise and they still have their Halloween village on display. I took a photo of some pom Pom branches that I liked that would be easy to re-create.

Currently the shop is a bit light on merchandise. Ordinarily there is a decent selection of items that would make a nice gift for someone. Staff are nice, very helpful. Entrance, aisles, and counter are accessible. Will return in the future.
