I had the best experience with mavis Egypt rd location! I called to get my breaks done and they got me in literally within 25 minutes of my call! They quoted me correctly over the phone and the service was done fast. Marcel was a great help he really went above and beyond his customer service is impeccable very polite knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I will continue to come to this location for all future needs

My car had an issue this morning and they were able to get my car in right away. Marcel was very personable and caring. Jose and his team were amazing, efficient and so helpful. I will definitely return and I recommend their services. They're awesome!!

I came in to Mavis this morning under the assumption I had an appointment, as well as a quote, that my husband had made a few days prior. Unfortunately, we were not given a confirmation number so no actual appointment existed in their computer. The guys at Mavis were more than willing to help rectify the situation and I still got a really good deal!! So even though I essentially didn’t have an appointment, they were still able to squeeze me on the spot!! The staff was friendly and professional!! Thank you guys so much!! I truly appreciate it!!

I dont believe so. I have walked in and dropped my cars off twice. Once for an oil change and once to see why my tire pressure light was on.
