No Puppies Allowed!! We bought a puppy here last month. Spent over 3500$ for the puppy + supplies. Staff was helpful during this experience. We love our puppy and she is healthy. Staff gave us a new puppy folder with coupons for her new food and encouraged us to please return and visit soon. Fast forward to yesterday- we brought our puppy back to visit and pick up food. I brought my 3 year old dog with me as well. I said hello as I walked in and said I was back to get food and brought our puppy to visit. I asked if they remember her and they nodded but the lady who sold her to us didn’t even look up or smile as she continued to count crickets. Another staff member apparently mentioned that the puppy was under 1 so not allowed in store. (She is vaccinated though). Apparently there is some new rule that all pets must be over 1 year old to come inside. What??? This completely takes away from a new puppy owners experience. How do you fit for a harness? Bringing a new puppy to go shopping is welcomed in EVERY pet store. Not only that, it is encouraged. They can socialize with other people and dogs, pick out treats, try on puppy outfits and harnesses. Our go to pet store is in Trappe. From the minute we go in, staff runs up, talks to pets, takes pics of new puppies, gives treats, gives free samples of whatever you want to try, and gives you coupons and discounts. We wanted to support Toms as well because we bought our puppy from them. Sadly, we will not return. I’m sure Toms has a reason for their new policy. Problem is, we were treated horribly. They knew I was there for food, then after being told to leave, no one even offered to help me get the food, or watch the 2 puppies outside, or sone kind of alternative. I couldn’t just put them in the hot car and go back in for food. We drove an hour to give an appreciated return visit. We left with nothing. Poor customer service. They get their money selling you the pet and then won’t let you return with them. Good luck with that.

I got my puppy just about a month ago and my main concern was his health and well being. He is the happiest and healthiest little boy and I’m so grateful to Tom’s for the time, assurance, and assistance in ensuring my success as a puppy parent. Not only does their store offer great value, but you can tell that they truly care about their animals and the people who take them home. To the employees, here’s a 15 week update on the mini aussiepoo, now known as Koda!

I needed some plants for my tank and the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable. While the plant selection wasn’t huge they had an uncommon selection I don’t see in box stores. The plants where also very healthy and I’m excited to see how they grow.

We obtained our Pomeranian Chloe at Tom's pet Outlet 19 years ago. She lived 17.5 years and we loved her more than words can express. Thank you Tom's Pet Outlet for bringing her into our lives.😥

They have fish. Couldn't tell you what kind. And the have small birds. Couldn't tell you what kind. And the probably have females
It changes so you would have to call when your ready.
they update their website and Facebook with puppy and kitten availability very frequently!
I really don't know anything about the puppies your best bet is to call the store ask for Tom
Yes sometimes you have to check their website to see what puppies they have available
It depends on the breed and how old it is, but at least $1,000+
No, I do not believe they do any grooming.
@Grace Frizzell they get different breeds of puppies in all the time. Typically on Tuesdays. You can check their Facebook page for the posted availability of pups. You can also call to ask about a specific breed.
They sell all types of bunnies. Prices vary.
Generally, 14 for non-food, non-farm jobs in PA.
No
Private family breeders. My pup was very healthy and very well socialized to people and other animals.
Yes, they sell a variety of hermit crab shells
Pls look for breeders. I would never buy a puppy from pet store. They over charge and puppies usually sick
